Privacy policy

This policy sets out what personal data atriumai.net collects, why, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted.
It covers the website only. Data a customer loads into Atrium AI, AtriumQuotes or AtriumEdu is governed by a separate contract: there the customer remains the controller and we act on their instructions.
1. Controller

2. What is collected
Data is collected in one place: the form on the contact page. There is no registration, no account and no payment on this site. The form sends only the fields you filled in:
- Your name
- Your company, if you gave one
- The subject: a product or a task
- The email address or phone number you asked us to answer on
- The text of your message
- The language of the site you wrote from
Technical data is processed as well: IP address, date and time of the request, page address and browser details.
3. Purposes
- To answer your enquiry and correspond about it.
- To discuss working together and prepare a contract, if that is what you want.
- To keep automated submissions out of the form.
- To keep the site running and investigate faults.
Data from this site is not used for advertising, mailing lists or profiling.
4. Legal bases
- Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. Its text is at the end of this page.
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and the form free of automated submissions.
6. Retention
- Your enquiry and the correspondence about it: one year after the last message.
- The record of consent: three years after it is withdrawn.
- Technical logs: up to 30 days.
- The language cookie: one year from the moment you used the switch.
We delete the correspondence sooner if you ask.
8. Your rights
At any time you can:
- Find out what data we hold about you and what we do with it
- Have an inaccuracy corrected
- Have your enquiry and the correspondence deleted
- Restrict the processing or object to it
- Withdraw your consent
Write to info@atriumai.net and we will answer within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not make the processing before the withdrawal unlawful.
If you believe we have breached your rights, you can complain to your data protection authority.
9. Changes
A new edition is published on this page and dated at the top. Earlier editions are available on request at info@atriumai.net.
Consent to the processing of personal data
This is a separate document. You accept it by ticking the box in the form on the contact page, and the form cannot be sent without it.
By ticking «I consent to the processing of personal data», I confirm the following.
- Controller: the registered details and the address are given in the «Controller» section.
- Data: name, company, subject of the enquiry, email address or phone number, the text of the message, the language of the site.
- Purpose: answering my enquiry and corresponding about it, including discussing working together.
- Operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transfer to the parties named in «Sharing», erasure and destruction. Processing is mixed.
- Term: until the purpose is met or the consent is withdrawn.
- Withdrawal: by email to info@atriumai.net. The consent ends when that email arrives.
