The twin is built in two steps

The system comes for the knowledge itself: first to the people, then to the files. No long implementation project.

AI interviews the team

Part of what a company knows is written down nowhere: why a customer got that particular discount, who really makes the decision. The assistant asks the team about it in an ordinary chat, and turns the answers into records with an author and a date.

  • Every record is shown to its author and enters the twin only once they confirm it

The AI reads your files

Everything else you simply drop into one window: PDF, Excel, Word, scans, CRM and 1C exports — as they are, no preparation. The algorithms do the rest: extract the facts, connect them and assemble the Digital Twin.

▸Our data is a mess

Nothing needs preparing. Upload it as it is: old spreadsheets, scans and photographs of documents, PDFs, folders with no structure, CRM and 1C exports. The system builds the structure itself and shows you what came out.

▸Is it safe?

Permissions are checked before the model, data lives in an isolated environment, every action is logged. SSO, backups, antivirus and retention periods are set up for each customer.

▸What when data goes stale?

The twin lives with the company: stale facts are flagged, and every fact shows its date.
