The system that sees whether the student actually learned

Students, groups, timetable, attendance and payments. Plus what no CRM does: each student's mistake named, the practice built for it, the result visible.

Every Monday the centre tells you what went wrong

At most six signals. Each has its own threshold, a price, and the action beside it.

A schematic example.

  • A hidden signal comes back on Monday
  • If part of the data failed to compute, the system says so
«Pulse of the week» names the problem in words and puts the action beside it: remind about a debt or start an attendance campaign. Below: enrolment, group capacity, churn and finance.

A student's mistake becomes their next exercise

It counts as closed after a clean answer in ordinary work, rather than in the drill written to fix it.

  • Exercises are built from your centre's materials, with file and page
  • Any question can be replaced before publishing
  • A group's movement is reported from five graded students up
The exercise is built from the school's own materials: the sources are listed under the title, with file and page. Any question can be replaced before publishing.
For every criterion, a quotation from the work as grounds and a score the teacher can change. The comment to the student is proposed in advance, but takes effect only after «Confirm».
«Learning»: a sample of 459 students splits into improving, steady and declining, and below it a named list with the change in score and the subject it happened in.

The AI prepares the marking, the teacher sets the score

A score reaches the gradebook once the teacher confirms it, and everything else goes out the same way.

How many students and how much money next month

The forecast is built on your own centre's months, and appears once there is enough history: three months and up.

actualforecastrangeconfidence: high
Too little history, no forecast

Needs 3 months, currently 2.

  • When the month closes, the system checks its own forecast against what happened
  • The conclusions on offer are the ones the data supports
«Forecasts»: the overall picture in words, the factors that weighed most on the calculation, and a chart where the actual line continues as a dotted one inside a range, with the confidence stated, not a single number.

AtriumEdu and what centres use today

Everyone covers the daily running of a centre. So this includes what is the same everywhere, and the row we lose.

Four roles, and an access matrix set per centre

Finances and forecasts stay with the director; a teacher sees their own students.

Director

Pulse, finances, learning, forecasts

Administrator

Payments, arrears, timetable, parents

Accountant

Accounting, agreements, payroll

Teacher

Own lessons, gradebook, marking queue

The teacher's home: today's lessons, how many pieces of work are waiting to be marked, the week's timetable and personal tasks per group.

Your files, as they are

You upload the workbooks as they are: the system proposes the mapping itself.

  1. A planner reads the workbook

    Six tables in dependency order.

  2. An auditor looks first

Its own opinion, before it sees the plan.

  3. The plan is ready when it all reconciles

Every row imported or excluded with a reason.

  4. Anything doubtful becomes a question

One question, with the evidence and the options.

Tested on five real school workbooks; the largest holds 5,476 payments.

An AtriumEdu demonstration

We run the weekly pulse on your numbers and import one of your own workbooks.

In 20 minutes we show the system, answer your questions and decide together whether it is worth going further.

Common questions

We run everything in Excel and WhatsApp

That is the ordinary start. Workbooks load as they are, and the import shows what it excluded and why.

Teachers won't accept AI

A person sets the score. The AI prepares the marking with quotations; it enters the gradebook only once confirmed.

Our teachers have no laptop in the room

There is a paper route: print with a personal QR, hand out, collect, photograph, confirm.

We have several branches

They live in one system and can be compared; a membership can be scoped to a branch.
